Launched the careers of artistes like Baba Sehgal, Daler Mehndi, Shaan, Colonial Cousins and many more. Credited with being the best A&R executive in the music industry and one of the prime founders of the Indian pop music business.
Has been on the boards of the two music industry bodies, viz. the Indian Performing Rights Society (IPRS) and Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL).
Currently on the Board of Directors of Phonographic Digital Limited (PDL) and the Advisory Board of the Indian Music Experience (IME) museum.
Conceived collaborations between Sonu Nigam and the City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and the CBSO, both for Saregama India Ltd.

A freelance musician and music producer from Mumbai, she has worked as a Bass Player with various Bollywood and Indie Artists like Ram Sampath, Abhijit Vaghani, Lesle Lewis, Akriti Kakar, Anushka Manchanda,Vasuda Sharma, Sona Mohapatra and many more.
With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mumbai University, Pooja has worked as an SAP Consultant and SAP ABAP developer with Accenture as well as part of the healthcare industry as a Biomedical Engineer. Her last assignment was as a Product Specialist and Catalogue Consultant with Bajaao Music Pvt. Ltd.

Hemant started his career as an Accounts Executive with Virgin Records (India) Pvt. Ltd., an EMI Group Company in 2002. He later worked as a Manager for Royalty & Copyright Accounting, and was responsible for royalties payable from India to other labels like Warner and EMI Worldwide.
He is a Commerce graduate, who has also worked as Manager-Accounts & Commercial for Hi-Tech Engineers, one of the top mechanical and electrical contractors for MCGM (BMC).His responsibilities have included maintaining the entire financial profile that involved accounting, compliances, regulatory requirements, managing cash flow and more.

Simran Mulani

Simran has been working in the music industry since 2009.Her previously experience includes working with music entities like Saregama India Limited, Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd, and World Wide Recordsall in the content data department. Simran’s role is the preparation of metadata across the various formats required by societies usersfor different software. She has a Bachelor Of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
